Herzlich willkommen! Gut Schönberg ist ein inklusiver Bauernhof, der als Ort des Lebens, Lernens und Miteinanders gestaltet wird. Hier finden Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung, mit oder ohne Pflege- oder Unterstützungsbedarf, einen Platz zum Wohnen, Arbeiten und Begegnen.

Gemeinsam leben, lernen, arbeiten

Unser Projekt vereint ambulante Wohnformen, tiergestützte und naturpädagogische Arbeit, sozialpädagogische Begleitung und ein Hofcafé als Begegnungsort. Unser Ziel ist es, einen Lebensraum zu schaffen, der eigenverantwortliches Leben im ländlichen Kontext ermöglicht. Durch gemeinschaftliches Arbeiten und Leben sollen soziale Teilhabe und Inklusion aktiv gefördert werden. Der Alltag auf unserem Hof bietet verlässliche Strukturen, die Orientierung geben und dabei helfen, individuelle Fähigkeiten zu entdecken und weiterzuentwickeln. Tiere, Natur und die Gemeinschaft wirken dabei unterstützend und eröffnen vielfältige therapeutische und pädagogische Zugänge.
